Someone asks me this question, what is the difference between CCNA and MCSE?
It depends on what do you like to do.
If you like computer network, inspect network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issue, network design, then get a CCNA
If you like Windows system administrator, maintain active directory, file permission and Microsoft server, then get a MCSE.
A lot of people, or students, tend to come across as confused when it comes to network administration. I strong suggest, if you want to get involved with the hardware side of things, get on with the CCNA accreditation. This shouldn’t, in any shape or form, imply that MCSE is lesser of a certification. It’s just that it’s more focused on the software and user administration side of the spectrum. Of course, generally speaking, both qualifications do complement each other. Firebrand Training, a top IT training provider in Germany, recently eventuated the need for more IT engineers development on a macro scale perspective.
